DMCA NOTIFICATIONS:
To submit a notice of infringement on useterra.com, a user may send a "takedown notice" to our Designated Agent. The notice must substantially include the following information:
1. The user's electronic or physical signature, if the notice concerns the user's own copyright, or the electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other IP that is allegedly infringed;
2. Identify the copyrighted work(s) or other IP-protected work that the user claims has been infringed;
3. Identify the material that the user claims is infringing (include a link where it is located on useterra.com);
4. The user's legal name and contact information (address, phone number, email address);
5. A statement that the user has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. A statement by the user that the above information in the notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, the user is the owner of the copyright or other IP right, or is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright or other IP owner.
