TERRA DMCA POLICY
In compliance with Section 512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), Terra Labs Solutions Corp. ("Terra") has adopted the following policy regarding the submission of notifications that Terra's website (www.useterra.com or the "Platform") hosts allegedly infringing materials.
We comply with the DMCA, 17 U.S.C. Sec. 512. If a user sees content on the Platform that it believes infringes their copyright, they may send a written notice to our Designated Agent:

DMCA NOTIFICATIONS
To submit a notice of infringement on useterra.com, a user may send a "takedown notice" to our Designated Agent. The notice must substantially include the following information:
- 1The user's electronic or physical signature, if the notice concerns the user's own copyright, or the electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other IP that is allegedly infringed;
- 2Identify the copyrighted work(s) or other IP-protected work that the user claims has been infringed;
- 3Identify the material that the user claims is infringing (include a link where it is located on useterra.com);
- 4The user's legal name and contact information (address, phone number, email address);
- 5A statement that the user has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- 6A statement by the user that the above information in the notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, the user is the owner of the copyright or other IP right, or is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright or other IP owner.
